I stayed in Kristina’s house for my son’s 16 birthday and we really enjoyed the home. The host was very nice and responded quickly to all messages. They even left my son a little gift and he loved it. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. I love how it was right up the street from the grocery store. That was very convenient for us. We highly recommend this house.

Truly a home away from home
Our party of five had an excellent time at Kristina’s home in Pompano Beach. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find a variety of snacks and drinks in the kitchen and even wine from New York, my home state. Each room is beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the pool immensely. It is big, clean and relaxing both day and night. The AC worked wonderfully and kept us comfortably cool inside. The kitchen had all the dishes, pots and pans necessary to enjoy meals at home. I must comment that the entire home was immaculately clean, neat and organized. We also liked the location of the home, tucked in a residential area, yet close to shopping, restaurants and many gorgeous beaches. It was nice to have three bedrooms, all with comfortable beds and linens. We did not want to leave Kristina’s place. It was truly a home away from home and we’d love to return in the future. Thank you Kristina 🙂
Perfect place
This is the perfect place to just hang out or to have a party. The house is very clean and organized. The location is literally right next to Walmart and other restaurants. It’s like a five minute drive to the beach if not less. I could not ask for a better host. They truly deserve a five star rating. I will definitely come back.
Best place for the kids
This is the first Airbnb I leave a review for and it is definitely worth it! Not only was Kristina’s home squeaky clean but it felt so homey! The pool was definitely the best place for the kids to be at all day. Will definitely be returning for another family vacation!

Dear guest we do have a few strict rulles and one of them is about parties. Unfortunately our house is not set up for parties, but we welcome family and friends gathering, because house located in a pretty quite neighborhood, that been said no loud music after 10 p.m that included music composing and parties .Also violation of this policy will result in $500 fine and forfeiture of any paid money for your booking, and you will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Quite hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM the acceptable amount of noise can be quiet conversation only. Smoking allowed outside only Also any bookings made for 3rd party will result in $500 fine and you will be ask to leave the premises immediately that also applies for bookings made from fake accounts, sister-brother or friend account, etc… Querido invitado, tenemos algunas reglas estrictas y una de ellas es sobre fiestas. Desafortunadamente, nuestra casa no está preparada para fiestas, pero damos la bienvenida a las reuniones de familiares y amigos porque la casa está ubicada en un vecindario bastante tranquilo, y se ha dicho que no hay música alta después de las 10 p.m. que incluye música y fiestas.
