The host couples Matt & Kristina are very amazing & helpful....
My family and I loved our stay at Kristina’s house. We are a family of 6 and upon arrival, the house was clean and welcoming. The pool was heated, and we loved the view. My dad grilled every evening for dinner! I loved how they provided a pack and play for my infant. The host was very responsive for any questions we had. Thank you, we’ll be coming back!
Great places....
This property was just as listed. Spacious enough for 3 or 4 couples with great room inside and out for socializing. The communication with the owner was perfect. Any issues we had (very petty and minor) were handled immediately and to our complete satisfaction. They are great to deal with and we will certainly use them again.
Most relaxing time stay at the house...
We had an amazing stay at Matt & Kristina’s property in pompano. We are already planning a trip back and can’t say enough wonderful things. The hosts were very responsive and we had the most relaxing time at the house. We come to the Pompano area a lot for a quick getaway – 5 stars and we will reach out to them first again anytime we are in the area!

I stayed in Kristina’s house & my family really very enjoyed the home… Great location. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Restaurants, beaches and so much more. The house was clean and cool and equipped with everything we needed. I just love their total service..

The hosts /owner were avilable 24/7. Excellent ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ customers service.. They pay very close attention to every little details. Not even a hair can be found. Everything is awesome….. I definitely use them in future…

Dear guest we do have a few strict rulles and one of them is about parties. Unfortunately our house is not set up for parties, but we welcome family and friends gathering, because house located in a pretty quite neighborhood, that been said no loud music after 10 p.m that included music composing and parties .Also violation of this policy will result in $500 fine and forfeiture of any paid money for your booking, and you will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Quite hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM the acceptable amount of noise can be quiet conversation only. Smoking allowed outside only Also any bookings made for 3rd party will result in $500 fine and you will be ask to leave the premises immediately that also applies for bookings made from fake accounts, sister-brother or friend account, etc… Querido invitado, tenemos algunas reglas estrictas y una de ellas es sobre fiestas. Desafortunadamente, nuestra casa no está preparada para fiestas, pero damos la bienvenida a las reuniones de familiares y amigos porque la casa está ubicada en un vecindario bastante tranquilo, y se ha dicho que no hay música alta después de las 10 p.m. que incluye música y fiestas.
